About the role:

Join our Winemaking Team to support innovation from vintage through to bottling.
Help develop traditional wines, NOLO products, and new beverage concepts.
Coordinate projects that enhance quality and process performance.
Contribute to a broad range of winemaking activities.

  • Support the management and quality of a diverse portfolio of wines, NOLO products, and wine-derived beverages.
  • Assist with new product development, flavour recipe creation, and scaling innovations from concept to bottling.
  • Coordinate production activities, wine preparation, and planning to ensure products meet quality, compliance, and schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate with flavour suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver product and process improvements.
  • Support trial work, sensory evaluations, data analysis, and reporting to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain HSE, food safety, quality standards, and sample management to support operational excellence.

About you

You will bring a strong foundation in winemaking with experience with NOLO and flavoured wine beverages. combining technical knowledge with practical experience across winery operations. You will be highly organised, collaborative, and capable of supporting product development, production activities, and quality outcomes while working effectively across office, cellar, and tasting room environments. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to apply winemaking expertise to support broader team objectives are essential.

  • Sound understanding of practical and technical winemaking processes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Wine Science/Oenology) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience applying technical winemaking knowledge in a commercial winery environment.
