About the role
Join our Western Australia Sales team as a Business Development Executive based in Perth. You'll build strong customer relationships, execute commercial plans, and drive growth across TWE's industry-leading portfolio of wine brands.
Represent some of Australia's most recognised wine brands, from everyday favourites through to luxury and iconic labels
Drive sales growth, distribution and brand visibility across Perth Metro & Regional Western Australia
Build trusted partnerships with retail, independent liquor and on/off-premise customers
Identify and convert new and existing customer relationships across TWE's portfolio
Execute promotional programs, activations and new product launches with excellence
Use CRM systems and customer insights to effectively plan your territory, prioritise opportunities and deliver commercial outcomes
Work collaboratively with a high performing team
About you
Proven experience in FMCG, beverage, liquor, wine, spirits or customer-facing sales environment
A natural relationship builder who enjoys spending time with customers and creating mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
Commercially minded with the confidence to analyse opportunities, negotiate effectively and make sound business decisions
Ability to leverage sales data programs to drive high performance
Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to plan and manage a diverse geographic territory
Hold a current full driver's licence and comfortable travelling as required
