About the role
Reporting to the Cyber Security Manager, this role will support the delivery of cyber risk, third-party risk, and governance activities that help protect our business. Partnering with stakeholders across TWE, you’ll contribute to risk management, reporting, governance forums, and strategic cyber initiatives, while developing broad experience across cyber security operations, risk, and project delivery.
Manage Cyber Risk & Governance Activities by maintaining cyber risk registers, supporting risk assessments, coordinating governance forums, and producing reporting that enables informed risk-based decision making.
Support Third-Party Risk Management through the coordination of vendor security assessments, review of security evidence, tracking of remediation activities, and facilitation of secure vendor onboarding processes.
Contribute to Cyber Security Program Delivery by supporting the execution of the Cyber Security RoadMap, coordinating projects and workshops, and leading defined cyber security initiatives and workstreams.
Partner with Stakeholders Across the Business to identify, assess, and manage cyber and technology risks, build strong working relationships, and drive the adoption of security best practices.
Strengthen Security Policies, Processes & Awareness by contributing to policy and procedure development, supporting security awareness programs, maintaining incident response documentation, and embedding cyber security improvements across the organisation.
About you
You are an organised and proactive professional with a qualification in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk, or a related discipline, and a strong interest in cyber security, risk, and governance. With a solid understanding of cyber security fundamentals and the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders, you are eager to grow your expertise, contribute to meaningful outcomes, and support the continuous improvement of security practices across the business.
Qualification in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk, or a related field, with a strong interest in pursuing industry-recognised cyber security certifications.
Foundational understanding of cyber security principles, including risk management, security controls, governance practices, and incident response concepts.
Exposure to cyber security and risk management tools, such as SIEM platforms, GRC systems, or third-party/vendor risk management solutions.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, manage documentation, and prepare clear, structured reports.
Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
