About the role

Join Treasury Wine Estates as our Digital Marketing & Commerce Specialist, where you'll help shape and optimise the digital consumer journey across websites, CRM, social media and commerce channels. Working closely with Brand Marketing, DTC, Sales and agency partners, you'll deliver integrated digital initiatives that enhance consumer engagement, grow brand visibility and drive commercial outcomes.

• Manage and optimise brand websites, content, landing pages and digital shelf presence.
• Build, deploy and optimise CRM and EDM campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Support SEO, content optimisation and emerging AI search/GEO initiatives to improve discoverability.
• Partner with brand, DTC and shopper marketing teams to deliver omnichannel digital commerce campaigns.
• Analyse performance data across digital channels, generating insights that improve consumer engagement, conversion and marketing effectiveness.

About you

• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership, identifies opportunities, develops solutions and drives outcomes autonomously
• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM, performance marketing or social media.
• Hands-on experience managing websites, email marketing campaigns and digital content platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital analytics, SEO, consumer journeys, and conversion optimisation.
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate data and insights into action.
• Passion for digital innovation, AI-powered marketing tools, emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
