The Field Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and executing strategic initiatives through distributor partners. This role manages key accounts, pricing, and field execution to deliver profitable growth within the assigned territory.

Field Sales Manager job responsibilities include:
- Effectively represent Ste. Michelle Wine Estates to sales team members and customers. Direct the execution of the company’s strategic business plans through assigned distributor sales team.
- Manage company business and case sales within the budgetary guidelines to help meet regional profit and contribution objectives.
- Work in conjunction with distributor field sales teams to execute corporate plan.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- 5 years of alcohol beverage experience with at least 3 years experience as senior key account manager.
- Ability to travel, primarily within assigned sales territory 4 days a week.
- Knowledge of key trade account buyers buying and promotional practices and operational procedures.
- Prior pricing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written presentational skills.
- Able to occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.
- Able to drive vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license is required for our current car program.
- History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
Your Compensation:
$106,887.00 - $138,963.00 per year based upon relevant experience.
