About the role
Sales-related target achievement
• Work closely with existing distributor to achieve full year both shipment and depletion target
• Partner with distributor to achieve the territory expanding and Channel coverage target
• Identify and leverage relevant internal and external initiatives to deliver the TWE brand distribution target
Business expanding
• Territory expansion: Partner with importers to recruit customers in designated area to achieve the territory coverage
• Channel coverage: scope the opportunity, engage with potential channel partners, negotiate commercial terms to ensure our business presence in all possible channel at the key cities
• Brand visibility: Team with importer and sub-distributors to fully develop TWE key portfolio by leveraging Penfolds brand
Field Sales Execution
• Work with the RSM and stakeholders to develop and execute the business strategy
• Aligns with Regional trade marketing team to develop& implement the trade/Shopper/Consumer promotion for targeted markets and customers.
• Regular communication with the key stakeholders about performance, forecast and opportunities and to ensure execution of the plan
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of execution initiatives to drive volume, share and profitability
• Always represent the TWE in a professional manner and with integrity
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 6 years of wort experience in the alcohol industry, with no less than 3 years of experience working in a frontline alcohol company
- Hold a full C class driving licence
