About the Role

Join a transformative period in our global supply organization as the Southern Hemisphere PMO Lead for a large - scale supply chain transformation program. Reporting to the Global Supply Transformation team, you will oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning vineyards, wineries, packaging centers, procurement, logistics, and asset optimization, ensuring projects remain aligned, on track, and positioned to deliver meaningful business outcomes. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you'll help turn complex transformation plans into clear, actionable execution.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne or South Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Govern and coordinate a portfolio of supply transformation initiatives across the Southern Hemisphere.

  • Partner with project owners to define scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures.

  • Monitor progress across multiple initiatives, ensuring delivery remains aligned to transformation objectives.

  • Consolidate project insights and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and delivery gaps, driving mitigation plans where necessary.

  • Facilitate collaboration across functions, sites, and regions to support successful program execution.

  • Promote project management best practices, governance standards, and accountability across the supply organization.

About You

You are a skilled program or project management professional who excels at bringing structure and clarity to complex business transformations. You combine strong governance and stakeholder management capabilities with a practical, execution-focused approach, ensuring strategic initiatives translate into real business results.

You will:

  • Have 7+ years of experience leading projects, programs, or transformation initiatives in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer products, beverages, or similar industries.

  • Demonstrate strong portfolio, project governance, risk management, and reporting capabilities.

  • Be able to simplify complex information and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Translate project management frameworks into practical actions that drive execution and results.

  • Build credibility and influence across diverse teams, functions, and operational environments.

  • Bring strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills, supported by proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

  • Hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related analytical discipline.
