About the role
2 Year Fixed Term Opportunity
Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Global Director - Capability & Organisational Effectiveness, this exciting opportunity will see you shape TWE's future through enterprise-wide talent, succession, leadership and engagement initiatives. Partnering with senior leaders across the business, you'll drive programs that build leadership capability, strengthen talent pipelines and enhance the employee experience across our global organisation.
- Lead TWE's enterprise talent and succession planning strategy.
- Deliver and evolve leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders.
- Drive global engagement surveys, listening strategies and action planning.
- Use data and insights to measure impact and inform people strategies.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence talent and organisational outcomes.
Who we’re looking for
You're a strategic talent and organisational development professional who combines strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence and data-driven decision making to deliver impactful people outcomes.
- Proven experience leading enterprise talent and succession planning initiatives.
- Expertise in leadership development, organisational development and/or capability programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience using data, insights and reporting to inform people strategies and drive change.
- Background in employee engagement, workforce listening or employee experience initiatives.
- Comfortable navigating complexity, balancing priorities and delivering multiple programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or a related discipline are highly regarded.
