About the role

We are looking to hire Permanent Vineyard Operators to join our Coonawarra South Vineyards team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of growing premium fruit for well established brands. This role will also give you the chance to pick up occasional paid seasonal overtime. Your day-to-day will consist of:

• Conduct tractor and machinery operations, including pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking
• Manage irrigation operations and perform maintenance tasks
• Engage in hands-on vineyard work to ensure the highest quality standards

About you

Successful applicants will naturally take pride in their work, be motivated to learn new skills, throw themselves into being one of the team, and have a good eye for detail and an overall positive attitude.

• Vineyard operations experience is preferred but we are open to a variety of past skills!
• Safety focused with an eye for detail
• A reliable and engaged team player
• Able to perform manual handling work (a pre-employment medical check will be part of the recruitment process).
• You must hold a full and unrestricted Australian Drivers License
