We’re a forward-thinking wine company, passionate about sharing Marlborough’s unique wine story with the world.

With cutting-edge facilities capable of processing 16,500 tonnes of fruit, we’re gearing up for another exciting vintage - and we’re looking for experienced Vintage Cellar Hands to join our 2027 Harvest Team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Vintage Cellar Hand, you’ll be hands-on in daily winery operations, supporting our winemaking team with tasks such as:

• Fruit receival and processing

• Juice and wine transfers

• Additions and inoculations

• Juice clarification and ferment management

• General cellar and equipment cleaning

• Forklift operation

Applicants must have at least 2 vintages of experience. Prior work in a mid-to-large Marlborough winery is a bonus.

Contract Details

• Fixed-term roles (8 weeks), starting late February 2027 (final dates confirmed early 2027)

• Hourly rate: $25-$32, based on experience

• International applicants must hold a valid work visa
