The Opportunity
We are seeking dynamic and motivated people to join our team for a truly rewarding vintage experience.
All Vintage Cellar Hands will be involved in various winemaking and cellar operations which include:
- Grape receival and processing
- Fermentation management and tank additions
- Performing routine cellar cleaning, to maintain a safe, and hygienic cellar environment
- General cellar operations, including transfers and barrel operations
Seasonal employment would commence during February 2027 and continue through the vintage period into March/April.
Successful applicants would need to be available for varied shifts, including weekends, and extended hours as rostered to meet operational demands.
About you
- You are a highly motivated person; previous cellar experience is preferred but not essential
- You are a clear communicator who thrives in a team environment
- You have a good eye for detail and naturally take pride in your work
- You are physically fit to perform the duties and have the energy to contribute to our team
- You demonstrate a ‘Winning together’ mindset through understanding the perspectives of others and maintaining strong bonds
